WHAT TO BRING (Stroller Strides): Please bring a stroller (jogger is not required); water, sunscreen, snacks for kiddos, and a mat or towel. We are a baby-wearing friendly group, so feel free to bring a soft-structured carrier for wearing.

WHERE TO PARK: The best place to park is on East side of Peach Ave.

HOW TO FIND US: We meet in the grassy area in front of the bathrooms (the Northwest corner of the park). Once you park, you'll see a a friendly group of moms with strollers in workout gear. Stroll on up and introduce yourself!

WHAT TO BRING (Strides 360): Water, sunscreen, and comfortable tennis shoes. Babies/children in strollers are welcome. As it is a cardio based class, baby wearing is not recommend, but is permitted.

WHERE TO PARK: Sierra Bicentennial Park has an adjacent parking lot off of Sunnyside.

HOW TO FIND US: We meet towards the front of the park, near the basketball courts.

WHERE TO PARK: There is a small parking lot on the south side of the building. If full, street parking is available.

HOW TO FIND US: Come on inside the building; it's small, and we will be the only people there!

WHERE TO PARK: Social Fitness has an adjacent parking lot in front of their building.

HOW TO FIND US: We meet behind the front desk (it's an adorably cozy studio, we will be easy to find)

WHAT TO BRING (Body Back): Please bring water, yoga mat for ground work, and a small bag to hold your personal belongings (phone, keys, wallet, etc.)

WHERE TO PARK: There are two parking lots, one on the north side and one on the west side of the park.

HOW TO FIND US: We will meet by the basketball courts (west side of the park).
